Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DOGPOUND® services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Membership

DOGPOUND® offers various membership tiers with different benefits and pricing structures:

• Memberships are non-transferable and personal to the member
• All membership fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable
• Members must provide accurate billing information
• We reserve the right to modify membership terms and pricing with notice
• Cancellation policies vary by membership tier and are outlined at time of purchase

Facility Use

When using DOGPOUND® facilities, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Respect other members and maintain proper gym etiquette
• Use equipment safely and properly
• Clean and return equipment after use
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
• Not engage in any illegal or inappropriate behavior

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You are responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You must disclose any relevant medical conditions to your trainer
• DOGPOUND® is not liable for injuries sustained during training
• You will inform staff immediately of any unsafe conditions or equipment

Booking and Cancellation

Training sessions and class bookings are subject to the following:

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our platform
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may result in forfeiture of the session
• No-shows will be charged and the session will be forfeited
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to trainer availability or facility issues

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on our website and in our facilities are the property of DOGPOUND® and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

Photography and Media

By entering DOGPOUND® facilities, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify staff immediately.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Misuse of facilities or equipment
• Any conduct we deem harmful to our business or community

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOGPOUND® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or facilities.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify members of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
